Co2 laser cutting machine is noisy when cutting Acrylic(Plexiglass)

How to deal：

1. Clean the guide rail and apply lubricating oil after wiping. It is recommended to use sewing oil and lubricating oil to easily produce sludge on the surface.

2. Check the belt. It may be that the machine has been running for a long time, there is dirt attached to the belt, or the belt has been running for a long time, which has produced a certain degree of relaxation. Please try to adjust the belt.

3. Check the Steppers motor and driver motor to see if the noise is caused by the aging of the motor.

4. Whether there are foreign matters near the running part and the noise caused by friction

5. After being used for a long time, the fan will accumulate a lot of dust, which will affect the effect of exhaust and odor removal, and will also generate noise. If the suction of the fan is insufficient and the smoke exhaust is not smooth, the fan shall be cleaned.

First, turn off the power, remove the air inlet pipe and air outlet pipe on the fan, clean the dust inside, then turn the fan upside down, move the blades inside until they are clean, and then install the fan.
