• International Sales

    Job Responsibilities:

     

    1. Assist in implementing the company's business plan and development goals; develop international markets according to the company's development strategy, sales plan, and strategy to ensure the smooth completion of sales targets;
    2. Understand international trade regulations, relevant policies on international shipping and air transportation, master field and industry knowledge, collect and analyze industry information and grasp dynamics, and control risks and costs.
    3. Responsible for collecting customer information, maintaining customers, handling customer inquiries, quotations, contract signing, collection of foreign exchange and other import and export orders, execution and management, and 4.Responsible for following up and assisting in solving after-sales problems; as well as statistical analysis of sales data, management of customer files, etc.
    5. Responsible for the company's Alibaba International Station and other operations and customer development work, responsible for information maintenance and updating, and product promotion to online customers, improving product exposure, click-through rate and inquiry conversion rate;
    6. Responsible for the planning and operation of the company's image and product international publicity work; translation of business and technical information for foreign trade related projects
    7. Other tasks assigned by superiors

     

     

    Job requirements:

     

    1. Educational background: majors related to international trade, international business, etc., bachelor degree or above.
    2. Experience in import and export business, with good professional knowledge; familiar with import and export business processes, familiar with customs laws, import and export tariff regulations and other laws and regulations.
    3. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and can independently conduct English business negotiations.
    4. Those with international trade and Alibaba and other foreign trade platform maintenance, sales or customer development experience or foreign trade sales experience of laser products such as optoelectronics and lasers are preferred;
    5. Good professionalism and professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, cheerful personality, strong problem-solving ability, insight, judgment and analytical ability, and can independently develop customers;
    6. Familiar with the operation of word, excel, PDF, PPT, PS and other office automation software.
