1. Water cooling requirements.
We suggest that Cooling water should be distilled water, deionized water or purified water, to avoid scale formation and then cooling water pipes clogged. Water should be full of tube, not any bubble. Water bubble will lead to tube breakdown.
Please pay attention to the cooling water temperature and flow when working. Water temperature should be between 10 ℃ -35 ℃. Above or below this range, it is recommended to stop working, in case the water temperature will damage the laser tube. We cannot do after-sales service for this kind of problem. Cooling water flow of DLT series should be 16 liters/minute to ensure the flow constant. Bad cooling will cause the laser tube mode change, resulting in output instability and power down. We suggest you to use water chiller with lift of not less than 25 meter, and 9 liter/minute, refrigerating capacity of not less than 5084Btu/h. For 100W and above 100W high power laser, it is required to use chiller with cooling capacity of not less than 5084Btu / h2. Mechanical requirements: Panasonic servo motor + Ball screw driver systems + Water cooling systems.
Cutting speed（m/min）is for reference only.Require the laser lens diatmer 25.4mm, focus length is 63.5/101.06mm, the diameter of reflective mirror should be 30mm.
