1.Proudct Main Features
The laser cavity is a made of metal and adopt to use the entire sealed structure. Its has the excellent thermal conductivity. and could ensure the laser tube to keep the good thermal stability.
The discharge electrode in the cavity motivates the working gas and is also the wave guide surface of the cavity
The design of inner laser cavity not only could ensure that the RF laser tube has a good spot mode output and stable power output, but also guarantees each laser tube could reach its maximum output power.
2.RF Laser Power Supply Section and Connection:
The 30W laser power supply should use DC switching power supply, DC voltage 48V, the current should not be less than 12.5A. The connection between the power supply and the laser is greater than 2.5 mm2;
60W laser power supply should use DC switching power supply, DC voltage 48V, the current should not be less than 20A, the connection between the power supply and the laser is greater than 4 mm2 ;
Note: the positive and negative terminals are not reversed, otherwise the laser will be damaged.
3.Control signal connection:
The laser controls the laser power output through a pulse width modulation signal (PWM). PWM signal low voltage range should be 0-0.5V (laser off); high voltage range should be 3.5-5V (laser open), through the PWM signal duty cycle can control the laser power, PWM signal from External control card to provide, PWM signal modulation frequency of 0-25KHz, duty cycle 0-100%.
